A feminist pony wouldn't be pink, she would be the one make the other female ponies feel bad for wearing any thing feminine, because of it's oppressive significance, which would ironically be all ponies because they all look girly even the male ponies, but it's okay when a male pony is girly because that's progressive, politically correct and emasculating.
Feminism was once about giving women a choice in their life, now it's about what what the feminist chooses.
ah thats very interesting now isnt it now may i - an actual feminist who knows what feminism is - tell you something? a feminist pony could be any color under the sun. THIS pony was designed by a specific woman who very much loved the color pink (the color of her actual hair) and wanted HER pony to be that color. so it is. there is nothing wrong with pink. there is, however, a problem with little girls only having the option of pink. there is a problem with women being told they should like pink. there is a problem with men being told there is something wrong with them if they like pink. feminism is ALL about choice. if any "feminist" tells you differently. they. are. not. a feminist. personally i have never in all my life heard a feminist tell someone they shouldnt like girly things. that is so far from what feminism is, damn. "dont like girly things, thats weak, like manly things" just ?????? what??
it pretty much already is. it already supports such lovely lessons like "just because im a lady doesn't mean i can't handle myself in a sticky situation" and that there is more than one way to be a girl. Lauren Faust is a feminist. and yeah MLP has its issues- most media does- but you can't deny some of the great messages it has so i guess you can cry now..? but i dont know why you would do that.
I never thought of those messages as being feminist, just that they tell girls that they don't have to be perpetual victims. And that they can have the full range of emotions girls are allowed to have but still be able to run a society just fine. But I guess not. Excuse me while I listen to Linken Park and burn all my Fluttershy posters with a pistol lighter.
nope! this is a specific woman made into a pony. she has pink hair in real life. she designed this pony design herself via pony maker (link in the description)
i actually kind of expected to get a comment like this, so im happy i got one first. maybe everyone else can see it and i wont have any re-asks feminine is not anti-feminist. there is nothing wrong with adoring pink and there is nothing inherently girly about it. i like pink. ALB likes pink. Feminist Pony Gang was her brain child, so i made this of her. ponies, feminist, and women do not have to like pink. but hating pink because its feminine? well thats just accepting patriarchy: "girly = lame. manly = cool"
so nope! i just really like pink and like coloring with pink. no one has to like pink but.. [link]
